Dynamics Gymnastics regards the welfare of all members and employees to be of paramount importance. Due to the complex nature of the sport, there are clearly inherent risks in gymnastics activities. These risks, however, can be controlled and minimised by adherence to best practice. Our policies and procedures are based on good practice principles that will help reduce the risks associated with participation and coaching and we ask that parents, carers, gymnasts and staff familiarise themselves with the relevant policies, procedures and Codes of Conduct below prior to involvement within our classes: Introduction to Dynamics Gymnastics Policies and Procedures Code of Conduct for Parents/Carers Changing and Toilet Facility Policy Managing Challenging Behaviour Policy Disability Participation Policy
